Train-the-Trainer on AI
DM 219/2025 explicitly requires every training hub to include at least one path for internal trainers (art. 5). The goal: train teachers capable of supporting their colleagues autonomously and continuously.

Adult training methodologies. Classroom management among peers. Managing resistance to change.
- Modulo 024 h
AI Literacy: foundations, risks, opportunities
ML, neural networks, LLMs. Risks every trainer must explain: dependence, hallucinations, cognitive offloading.
- Modulo 033 h
AI ethics in education
Algorithmic bias. Student privacy. Transparency. IP. Facilitating difficult conversations.
- Modulo 043 h
AI regulation in the school context
AI Act, Law 132/2025, DM 166/2025, DM 219/2025. Reading laws and translating them into concrete behaviour.
- Modulo 053 h
AI tools for teaching: critical overview
Generative text/image/audio, accessibility tools. Evaluation criteria: compliance, security, accessibility, cost.
- Modulo 064 h
Lab: design and lead a training session
Each participant designs and leads 30-45 min with colleagues. Structured feedback. You learn to train colleagues by doing it.
